Established in 1967, the Faculty of Applied Sciences has played a significant role in advancing science and technology education in Malaysia. Today, through our five schools – the School of Biology, School of Chemistry & Environment, School of Physics & Material Studies, School of Industrial Technology, and School of Graduate Studies – we continue to nurture future scientists, technologists, researchers, and innovators.

Our programmes are designed to equip students with the knowledge, technical competencies, critical thinking skills, and ethical values required to thrive in an increasingly complex and interconnected world.
