Course Overview
The Biomolecular Science program is a 3.5 years (7 semesters) degree course offered only in Shah Alam campus. It is designed to provide a platform for students in understanding and applying the principles of molecular biology and biotechnology. The program is conducted in english and aims to produce ethical, innovative and competent biomolecular scientists to support the Bioeconomy Transformation Programme in line with the aspiration to develop Malaysia into a high-income nation.
Entry Requirements
- Pass at SPM level/ equivalent. (credit in Bahasa Melayu and a pass in History subject)
- Pass STPM with at least CGPA 2.00. (Grade C in General Studies)
- Pass Matriculation / Foundation with at least CGPA 2.00. (UITM Foundation / Science Foundation)
- Pass Diploma with at least CGPA 2.00. (UiTM or other university recognized by Malaysia Government)
- Obtained at least Band 2 in Malaysian University English Test (MUET).
